I have strong convictions that are loosely held about money, Artificial Intelligence, human potential and personal development.
A timely reminder for me. Gm! 😀

Gm. 👋
Anyone into binaural beats? I use an iOS app called Binaural set to 6hz and do 20-25 min sessions combined with box breathing. Very relaxing! Bonus is the session gets recorded into the Health app as Mindfulness minutes.

I have been working with Gemini 3 of recent. On a couple of occasions now it has made me laugh out of the blue by injecting humour into the conversation. Very subtle, on point and not awkward. 🤯
36th wedding anniversary today. Ask me anything!😁
Just heard the first bird call of the morning chorus 🐦⬛

My first chilli. 😁

Upgrades to the pumpkin frame. These little pads should help support the fruit as they grow. #pumpkin

Update on my pumpkin growth. I have 3 main vines that I am training to grow along the fence. So far I have manually pollinated 4 fruit. Not sure how many one plant will sustain but will aim for 6-8. I will build supporting structure for each of the fruit as required. I need to think about how to best feed it now. #pumpkin

Interesting trumps authenticity.
I have too much to do! Life hey!🤣
When I am checking whether something is true, I’ve found it useful to look at it from four different angles.
1. Does it correspond to mind independent physical reality?
2. Does it cohere within a human made framework or set of rules?
3. Does it produce reliable real world results?
4. Does it fit within a socially constructed narrative?
What surprises me is how often a claim is true in only one of these categories and how much confusion comes from treating it as if it were true in all of them.
