Just finished another addition to my suit of personal data collection “apps.” I’ve called this one MedSup. It tracks medication and supplements. All are made using Apple’s Shortcuts App. All of them funnel data as Journal entries into a .txt file which is optimised for an AI to read. The goal is to create “life context” so I can work with AI advisors and coaches to improve as many aspects of my life as possible. #AI #allin

Gm. 2025 is winding down and I am thinking about where I will put my effort for 2026. I am not a “goals” person. I have been around this bush enough times now to know that shit happens and that being both nimble as well as flexible for when the punches come is just as important as making any sort of progress, even if the steps are small. I am a “direction” person. It is more important for me to have plotted my course than it is to have reached any specific destination. This doesn’t let me off the hook of personal responsibility, but it does spare me from unrealistic and unnecessary expectations. Where would you like to head in 2026? 🧭 #asknostr

I am on a mission to create “life context” that can be used by an AI to enhance and upgrade my life experience. Currently I have settled on a journal style system that allows me to record as many aspects of my day to day activities and interactions as possible. The system involves the creation of a .txt file that is laid out in an AI friendly way, easy to parse and human readable if needed. So far I have created 3 “apps” using Shortcuts which comes standard with iOS. I am having a ball using Shortcuts! So far I have a V1 finance, general entry and bowel health data collection systems.
