on balance of scales, all things considered, i should never have listened to my irl friend and joined twitter wild also, losing him ~cos of twitter but ive lost worse shit

i never go back and look at screenshots it is a trauma response thing to what ig does, what twitter does if you didnt change the settings show you a thing for a split second and then vanish it forever so you scroll forever trying to refind it how fb edit comments meant people would gaslight to hell changing their shit, deleting their shit an adaptive thing for me survival adaptation but that does mean, very very unusually i can revisit old grudges from 2021 cos yea i dont delete shit i just reformat and lose everything
