I've I learned that strategic communication and influence comes not from applying external pressure but through vulnerability.
It's not healthy for me to tell you what to do, or what you should do. It's healthier to invite you into an adventure, to which you can say yes or no.
If you answer yes, then we can have an authentic adventure and partnership.
And that's where the real fun begins.
