Usually someone around the shooter has knowledge of or tidbits they ignored. It never hurts to call and say this person is (x) behavior. We pass stuff off too much. Now look, children are dead and injured. Traumatized while they were in their church praying or trying to pray, you know kids. Here’s to excellent investigative work and a news reporting that includes if you’re suspicious, call and report. Better safe than sorry.
