I’m making lentil vegetable stock with potatoes carrots and onion soup for dinner. I’ve never made lentils before. So, I’m using my instapot slow cooker. I read on the package, do not add salt until after they are cooked it makes them tough. Huh.

My mess nightmare. Can you imagine being an organized person? My MRI was finally approved. I go on the 10th. Sean’s is the 9th. His is closer to us with their multiple location options. Mine is about an hour away. Oh well. Too much medical crap going on.

Idiotic- for an ortho urgent care, huge wheelchairs. Anyway- I got an MRI at a different place for 11/9 in the afternoon. So that’s good. He’s upset. I’m very upset overall- not at Sean- at what these damn drs did to me- it’s sooo much harder having injured and sick kids dealing with my stupid leg. #themedicalalgorithim @jack I was explaining to this new ortho Dr about how Sean would normally walk something off but this he couldn’t- meaning something is really wrong- the Dr goes so your saying he’s not a wimp- I said he can be dramatic but no he’s not a wimp- Sean did not like him- no smile- no nothing. I’m sooo frustrated. Pushed him everywhere. Got him back in the house. Ugggg hopefully the phone recorded the conversation- he did a pause and side eye at me- get the mri and report. Then get an appointment sooner so we can get surgery sooner- they probably are scheduling a month out😬. These drs are in bankers hours- scar tissue etc build up ugggggg

#themedicalalgorithim Ugg- buckle tear etc. mri the 3rd Dr the 8th surgery if it’s torn- Sean didn’t really like this Dr. he was kinda cold. I stopped him and said- if it is what you said- is it surgery? He said yes.

Waiting for the Dr. in a room. I can see the bruising and swelling in this light more 🤦🏻‍♀️. Ouch. I’m gonna say… ct or mri coming. Brace? Not sure yet.

Had the X-rays. Went to Urgent care… they put us to ortho to see the Dr. we are waiting- they fit him in the drs schedule. He’s an ortho knee specialist.

Checked in for xray- No handicap spot available for me- tons of gimping- the door area with a giant wheelchair. A lady helped me and took Sean in so I could park the car. Saturday I parked in handicap and got him in- yes, I’m notating bad design at a medical facility with urgent care ortho- #themedicalalgorithim
