I never heard of a widespread ach outage due to Federal Reserve processing software bug BEFORE THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE FEDNOW ON EVERYONE.

Are we going to see the decline of large inefficient governments? Will they go the way of the orthodox church after the invention of the printing press? Are we now the heretics pointing out the problems of the obsolete rules, throwing out the algo?
