Paladin Tower Tactics is located in middle Tennessee. We are committed to training responsible citizens to defend themselves and others with the use of tactics and firearms. Our passion is to prepare armed protectors for the Gunfight, the Legal fight, and the Spiritual fight. All this to the Glory of God.
This community (#bitcoin) is perhaps one of the best sub cultures in the world to understand investment and value for value. That said, training is way less exciting and convenient than buying another gun or piece of equipment, but it is far more valuable. I have found that much of the last 10 years of running Paladin Tower Tactics has been spent trying to convince the #2A community of the value of training, but the vast majority of patriots and gun owners I run into have never received professional training. Now more than ever in our county’s history the American citizen needs to understand the value of professional grade firearms and tactics training. Practice is good, but without professional training to guide your practice you will consistently guess as to whether or not your efforts will result in the repetition of unproven or inefficient techniques. Training validates and exposes what you have practiced. As citizens we need both practice and training. @Paladin Tower Tactics will travel to your local range and provide professional, cutting edge training that will be a worthy investment of your time and money. This training has saved lives, and it could save your community when rule of law collapses. Feel free to message me if you recognize the value of training and repost this to show your fellow Americans the value of training! #gunstr #America #duty #citizen #training #2a #history #value #work #liberty
MSP 3 and 2 drill. 3 to center A-Zone, 2 to the head A-Zone. Distance is 3 yards, from the draw, must be under 2 seconds. Level 2 retention or concealed incurs no handicaps, just raw time. Hand speed to the gun is critical to make time. Don’t take all day getting grip in the holster, “pluck” the gun out. Don’t over confirm the dot. Once it’s on target as an “acceptable site picture,” press the trigger. Something I teach in my classes dogmatically: consistency creates efficiency, efficiency creates speed. Go try it! #gunstr #drills #training #work #pleaselikemycontentthanks
Throwback to when the left was openly talking about their “great reset,” and my beardless days… PSA: communism is theft and coveting on the national level. The roots of communism are well established in America and the covert invasion is well underway. It will take the free and the brave to save the land of the free and the home of the brave. I see #bitcoin as an integral part of restoring individual liberty to our nation. A free people is an empowered people. #gunstr #brave #communism #liberty #politics #america #patriot #2a #gettraining #training #fight
Pretty good article on security for places of worship. As a pastor, part time sheriffs deputy, and combat veteran, I am uniquely suited to provide security training for churches. In fact, my tiered 3 course church security curriculum is my favorite courses to teach. #church #gunstr #training #security #works #trainhard View quoted note →
I’ve been working on the Paladin Tower Tactics Operator Standards for a little while now. This drill is called “Check your Bill.” This is stage 3 of 5 for the standards. Here’s the breakdown: -shot at 7 yards -rifle loaded with round in the chamber and empty magazine -on the buzzer operator engages the target from low ready -weapon goes to bolt lock -transition to pistol and fire 6 rounds (bill drill) -reload rifle, fire one round -all hits must be in the A zone -par time is 12 seconds Thanks to my little girl for running the timer! Y’all get some! #2a #liberty #training #work #Tennessee #gunstr #getready #fight
Great class this weekend! Really enjoyed the hard work and drive that all the students brought. Performance Rifle is a high tempo course for the experienced shooter. Great for SWAT, and ODA operators, but especially applicable for the citizens who take seriously their constitutional duty to be a rifleman to preserve a free state. Feel free to reach out to me to schedule a class near you or come up to our 240 acre training facility in TN! #gunstr #training #duty #work #liberty #america
Fundamentals/breaching room complete. Student area is set up with picnic tables and zero confirmation bench. Ready for the Performance Rifle course this Saturday! #onward #training #2A #gunstr
I am truly amazed at how God has orchestrated His provision. In July we obeyed His call to plant a church in Clarksville and run Paladin Tower Tactics full time. Faith in Jesus alone pleases God. I want to live for His pleasure, this is worth more than anything this world has to offer! #gunstr #faith #jesusislord
First shot on target is perhaps the most important skill in a gunfight. We use shot timers to measure our performance, but the reality is the shot timer only tells half the story. We need to account for the human reactionary time gap that is present for all of us just to simply perceive a threat and take action aka OODA loop (observe, orient, decide, act). On average this is 1.8 seconds for humans. Your actual draw time is more accurately reflected when you add 1.8 seconds to it. If your draw is 1 second, in reality it’s 2.8 seconds. Why is this important Scott? Thanks for asking. From historical data we know armed confrontations are typically over within 3 seconds. What is the take away? Get training and start practicing. #gunstr #training #liberty
These are the “tools of liberty.” Learn to use them, it’s your civic duty. Keep your powder dry and your hatchet sharp. Invest in training. #gunstr #training #2A #liberty #America #thisistheway
Applying proper grip to a pistol will exponentially improve your ability as a shooter in a fight. If trigger press is “king” in fundamentals, grip is most certainly “queen.” I see the most issues with grip when students train with me. In this video the student does not provide a high enough purchase on the back strap. The result is an unnecessarily violent recoil impulse that will prevent her from seeing the sight sooner in a predictable motion. After she was corrected on proper hand placement it helped, but didn’t cure it completely. The one thing she continued to miss, even after this correction, is the proper application of leverage on the pistol. Proper hand placement is half the equation, leverage is the rest of it. Although grip is not needed for accuracy (that’s all sight picture and trigger press), it is necessary to be repeatedly accurate, which translates directly to fighting with a gun. If you like this content please be sure to share it. Thank you for the support and encouragement! Hope to see y’all in one of my classes soon -Scott
I routinely try to run the Modern Samurai Project Black Belt Standards “cold,” to start my range practice. One of these days I’ll get it. Cold start drills are more than a fad on the internet. They can be a critical tool for gauging the work you have done during the week dry firing. A good rule of thumb is that for every live round you fire on the range, you should have fired three “dry rounds” during the week. Like anything else, consistency is the key. Try doing 5 min of dry fire a day. Get after it y’all! #liberty
