Visual acuity is an important skill to hone both while static and on the move. As it relates to gunfights, the more information we can process, through visual acuity, the better. The problem is several factors are working against us to intake information and make correct tactical, moral, and legal decisions that will allow us to survive. I know I’m preaching to the choir here on #nostr, but… I just transferred our main Roth over to a Bitcoin backed Roth through Swan (my preferred BTC exchange). If your fake melting money is already tied up in a Roth and you have no real custody of it anyway, you may want to consider transferring to a BTC backed Roth. Yes you won't have custody, but it will be backed by a commodity that is far sustainable than the dollar. BTC is not melting because of inflation, politics and tyrants like traditional fiat is. Trying to get split times (time in between shots) to be the same as transition times (time in between targets) is very difficult. But if you can manage, you will actually run it faster than a string of three as fast as you can. Don’t think of shooting 3 guys 3 times. Think of it as shooting 1 guy 9 times. #gunstr #training #2A

Psychological muscle memory vs. range theatrics. Some times the line gets blurred. But I firmly believe that I need to teach my students a psychological muscle memory to associate with the learning experience. This is a video of my 10 year old daughter hitting a water bottle at 40 yards with a 22 rifle. The bottle was lying down with the cap towards us. Her goal was to hit the cap. She succeeded. That said, training is way less exciting and convenient than buying another gun or piece of equipment, but it is far more valuable. I have found that much of the last 10 years of running Paladin Tower Tactics has been spent trying to convince the #2A community of the value of training, but the vast majority of patriots and gun owners I run into have never received professional training. Now more than ever in our county’s history the American citizen needs to understand the value of professional grade firearms and tactics training.
