Won't buy the LG C3 anyway... The OLED panel concerns me too much because of the risk of burn-in. I don't want to hide the dock and menu bar. Also, it turns out that my ultrawide Alienware monitor works surprisingly well with my Mac. So I'm just gonna use that. View quoted note →

Really want to setup my own little media server for the pictures and videos I share on Nostr. Instead of using Nostr.build I would like to have my own. Would be a fun project I think.

Been wanting a big monitor for my Mac for a long time now, just never really been sure what to buy. Writing code on the 16” MacBook Pro is fine, but a bigger display would certainly be an upgrade in terms of increasing productivity. I’ll most likely be buying an LG C3 42”, just need a little more time to consider different options. Currently waiting for Logitech MX Master 3S and Keychron K3 Max to arrive. #coding #mac #lg
