So, this is my very bad story with Compass Mining   Q4 2021 I bought a bundle from Compass. 6 S19 XP to be hosted and turned on Sept 2022. Two close friends did the same. 18 S19 then. Given the situation in Sept 2022 I understood that they may be some delays, and actually was even worried about some bankruptcy from them. End of september 2022, I started communicating with them and asking for dates. I got some answers but 0 commitment or dates or suggestion to hop on a call. OCt 13 I got this answer from another mail. ********** "When it comes to the structure of the Next Generation bundle you purchased, we created this unique payment structure to help our customers defer some of the upfront costs associated with purchasing these miners. This structure allows customers to make a deposit and pay installments on the remaining cost of the bundle package. Compass has to order these in advance from the manufacturer, and your continued payments secure these units for you, and therefore we recommend keeping your hardware payments current. The first miner in your bundle originally had an estimated online date of Sept. 30th, and we sincerely apologize for the delay on the first unit in your bundle. The site operator at the Texas 3 site is still waiting for approval from ERCOT to energize the rest of the site. Unit 1 in this bundle is already racked and ready to go online once ERCOT gives the approval to energize. We don't yet have an exact date on when the ERCOT will give the approval, but we anticipate the energization to take place before the end of this month. Again, we apologize for the delay and look forward to getting you online and hashing soon. Thank you. "  ******** So supposedly at least one of my ASICS has been racked since oct 13 at least. There was a general call nov 3, but not too much to take out of it. Nov 23 they say there is a target date of Dec 2, 2022. Dec 5 they offer to move to the flamboyant new solar Texas 4 from texas 3 at a 30% higher KW/h rate. But they don’t say when texas 3 one will go online, so the math is difficult to do as what is best. I ask dates and no response. I decide to stay in texas 3 at my original rate. During the whole Thing I have been DMing @melt_dem for help. She has been kind and offered support, but to no avail. I understand it is not in her hands. Dec 13 I ask about the possibility of getting my ASICS and hosting them elsewhere. They suggest me opening a ticket with logistics. I dont live in the US so I decide to wait for it. 
Dec 23.. they say more machines will go live in texas 3. Jan 21 I ping again. They say more and more are coming online, and got a message that now all the facility is powered and it should be alright. IMPORTANT, neither of my friends has one machine up. So 0 out of 18. Feb 6 I ping again as nothing has happened, and ask again if I can fetch them. I ask where they are in texas as I may be able to pick them in march. Since then, RADIO SILENCE. They just say its unclear if I want them on or I want to get them, but the most important question (WHEN ON?) never answered. At this point I am pretty negative about the situation and I see this as my last resort. I may get them, I may not but at least there will be a trace for others to read. I believe I have been really patient up to now, and really want to mine, but one tweet from them saying almost all miners were on, and not one of mine or my friends´really made me wonder how much good intentions they have.
