U.S. default on the Budapest Memorandum and the rest of the aftermath of Russia’s attempts to conquer Ukraine are among the many objective facts that define the impotence of International law. Evil must not be tolerated, and sometimes violence is the answer. But violence targeting large numbers of ignorant or even enslaved people sucks - and should be obviated through specifically targeted individual foci. May Ukraine’s effective kinetic sanctions against the energy facilities and war crimes infrastructure of Russia continue their thunderous success, and may the world soon be relieved of the ongoing burdens of Putin’s worthless life!
