We’re consistently making this #sourdough #brioche for our Saturdays market at Old San Juan.
It is prepared with our #pasturedraised duck hens eggs (soon our butter!) and natural starter inoculated with cacao and coffee fruits. It’s delicious! You can order it online on Wednesdays and pick it up at the market on Saturday without lines.
