Maybe we should instate an “unfollow Friday” for nostr, where you can unfollow folks guilt free and they have to accept it without complaint?

I find it odd that a large swath of bitcoiners are proponents of “don’t trust, verify” and also believe in a god.
Still curious if any atheists are on nostr. You know, ones who aren’t psychopaths, perhaps fans of Dawkins or Hitchens.
No one can kick you off nostr. But we can mute those we don’t want to see. There’s power in the tension between these two points.

Idk if it’s obvious but it’s my third day without a cigarette.
Convincing someone (anyone) to join nostr feels like a waste of time. If they get the idea and believe in what we believe they’ll sign up and dive down the rabbit hole. If they don’t, they aren’t ready and I can’t conceive any way to convince them to see otherwise.
Groups larger than one person are sus.
