Am I going to need an ID to stream spotify but not to vote in California??

I've been using Sundpowder this summer instead of sunscreen. I've found it gives you around 2 hours of full sun exposure before getting burned. Definite game changer for those who want to avoid putting sunscreen on your skin

I was once on acid, out with a friend getting beers. We were about to leave and he told me he closed out our tab. I was the last to walk out and one of the servers stopped and said "what the hell, c'mon man your tab is still open". I asked my friend about it right after and he shrugged and said "meh they can afford it". Seeing that part of my friends personality come out like that, while tripping, changed our friendship forever. I couldn't unsee it. Trust is such fragile thing

Last thought related to the practice of patience relates to #jiujitsu. I have made it habit to always tap early and tap often. However, all it takes is one single instance rolling with a friend and thinking "I'm pretty sure I can wiggle of this arm lock" to screw up your shoulder for years. Source: my shoulder is a little fucked right now 😅

Similar to the practice of patience is the process of dealing with grief. You can overcome your grief in a single instance, but you can't overcome tomorrow's grief today
