Yesterday was the first breath-work and cold plunge session I've done with a large group. I've done hundreds solo. The biggest difference being in a large group? The emotions. Nearly every person in the group cried at one point, including me! Something broke free during the breath-work and meditation and I just sobbed. It caught me completely off-guard and was such a wonderful release. Highly recommend if you get a chance

When I'm at the end of my sauna session, when I'm struggling to stay calm and still, I imagine I'm rolling jiu jitsu and i'm stuck on the bottom while a much stronger larger opponent tries to smother me and suffocate me. I imagine this and try and stay as calm as I can. Later when I'm rolling jiu jitsu and I'm stuck on the bottom while being smothered, I have a distinct sense that this is a very familiar place and I can stay calm and breath. I've practiced for this. #jiujitsu

My wife and I have several friend couples who have dietary restrictions (GF, vegetarian, dairy free, etc). These are ALL preferences, no allergies involved. It's just hit me that they are all being imposed on the couple by the wife, and the men when given the chance will eat whatever. Is there a name for this phenomenon?
