I am John, a personal trainer. I love helping people reach their goals with training programs and nutritional coaching. I've also discovered BTC and think its superior properties could replace fiat money. Health, Wellness and Bitcoin are going to be a priority in everyone's life eventually.

80/20 principle states that roughly 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. Use it as a tool for prioritization, by identifying the most important tasks or activities that will have the greatest impact. How can we apply this to physical training? Physical training at its most basic is movement. List of the most common movements humans perform on a daily basis by my estimation: breathing, chewing, walking, bending over and grasping (there are more obv). Take advantage of the 80/20 principle by improving these movements. What other movements can you think of that we do regularly throughout the day? Or in what way can we focus on improving the list of movements I already mentioned? If I had to pick just ONE movement to hone in on, it would be BREATHING. No other single movement will have anywhere close to the same impact on your physical and mental health and wellbeing than CONSCIOUS breathing. If you wish to practice conscious breathing, FIRST thing to consider is DON'T be a mouth breathing moron! Inhale strictly nasally. The nose filters, warms up and moisturizes the air that is breathed in. SECOND, slow down the exhale to reduce the body's stress response.
