He helped me to prep the food and he manned the smoker all day while my eldest daughter, my grandkids and I finished cooking and assembling the entrees. He also cleaned the air BNB for me while I drove my son to the airport. I could not have pulled this event of without him. I'm catering my daughter's wedding this Saturday. I rented an air BNB with a full kitchen to do the cooking. I'm making Smoked brisket Mac & cheese Cole slaw Baked beans Rotini salad And dinner rolls I traveled from MO to CO. The brisket was supposed to be here, but wasn't.
