I love my movies and TV shows with a tinge of sadness. I.e. if 5 of my favorite characters go through extremely deadly situations, at least 2 of them better not make it out alive or without significantly noticeable scars. That way it's grounded in real life.

We already have 'Dexter' but imagine if there was a TV show called 'Luigi'.
I'm sure the powers that be wouldn't let that happen for fear that real life would emulate the TV screen and vice versa.
In the TV show, what Dexter does is wrong and what Luigi did to that CEO in real life is wrong.
