Practicing my #VR skills for the conference on July 23rd. Benefits for senior citizens are too many to list but: cognitive and memory, physical therapies, helps with loneliness and isolation, overall well being, and more. Virtual Reality is used in hospitals, senior care facilities and in senior citizens homes. It’s just a matter of time we will be doing digital surgeries or digisurgical ( made the word up)

A.I., medical and scientific research is only going to increase the lifespan of people. Senior citizen population will explode exponentially with longevity care and health care technology.

I still can’t figure out how Nostr works, one app I have one relay posts are sent to and on another many relays. I think I understand what a relay is, so shall I ask, how to or do I pay for them?? Help #asknostr

In the book, The Little Prince, there’s a story of a scholar who dressed in his traditional clothes, attempted to share a great discovery to a room full of people who didn’t hear him, couldn’t see past his clothes. He left and returned wearing a suit and tie like the people in the room and shared the same discovery and was hailed as a great scholar. I love that book.

I’m not on many relays and not many peeps see my posts but those who are supposed to do , not into quantity, the few quality peeps are fabulous, hbu? Do ya want big numbers ,lots of followers or are you like me been there done that on all other platforms, deleted them and realized numbers don’t make connections.

V.R. is more than games. For senior citizens it’s improved cognition, physical strength and social engagement. There are many benefits for senior citizens. I will be introducing VR Rec & Rehab at the Florida Senior Living Association conference in Ft Lauderdale this July . Think guided Tai Chi, seeing the Eiffel Tower, climbing Mt Everest and walking in space. Yeah, there’s many adventures for senior citizens.

I’m wondering how many people want to live til 140 years old. Been diving down A.I ., scientific and medical research on longevity for senior citizens ( my audience) . Seems like 140 will become the new 100 in our lifetimes . What say you? Neurolink? Other “accoutrements” for longevity? Interesting to know what you think.
