If you look at fiat products, you can find an inversion pattern. The inversion is about what should be pretty fixed and what should be allowed to constantly drift. For bitcoiners, bitcoin has the emergent sound architecture where the money supply is fixed and wages are allowed yo drift, while fiat is the inversion. But if you just take food, what should be fixed is the quality of the products and the soil, healthy, nutritious, tasty... And the food supply chain should drift to adapt to that truth.
