As much as I want to be disciplined and focus, it is still a little fun to watch FIAT implode one ego at a time 🤡

A powerful tool to realize goals, outcomes, potential, etc is that of offering. I don’t call it sacrifice or going without because that turns it into more of a guilt, lack, shame, etc vibe. I really don’t know what to call it because building it up the not having it just gives it more energy and can become a distraction in and of itself. I choose to offer the deletion of distractions out of free will. I choose to focus my energy. Offering something that no longer serves the future version of the self allows energy to flow to what does serve the highest potential of the future self. The first time I experienced this was around consumption of alcohol. Energy transfers so any energy that was offered to alcohol and the effects of it transmuted to healing and growth. Within months, I was a different being and discovered courage and energy to bet on myself in a new way. Now I experiment with offering / removing different stimuli: media, food, sound, projects, etc. During these tuneups, the less I disperse my energy, the more my energy becomes focused. It becomes simpler to collaborate with freed energy during these times. Offering up what no longer serves the future version of self for days or the foreseeable future is perfect for ruts, when not in flow, or during the creative process. What might take months takes weeks or days. It’s a process much like breath — contracting and expanding / focusing and realizing. 🌳 🌬️✨
