Day 9 and I’m calling it a day early. Traveling internationally Tuesday so need to get to some sort of baseline before living on a plane. I ended up having hundreds (of very pretty) gallstones make their way yesterday. Throughout the cleanse saw liver flukes, a couple different types of worms, mucoid plaque, parasite casing, and possibly eggs or more gallstones — doesn’t really matter because this is a long process to back at it again in a couple months. Starting a longterm heavy metal detox tomorrow to make myself uninhabitable to these little critters. Herbs, etc first. And if needed will go for Chelation Therapy. Quite a journey cleaning house. And very empowering to take back the intestines, liver, and gallbladder. Had a hunch something was going on for a ling time but western medicine… just isn’t the answer for me any longer. Day 6 This is wild. I woke up feeling like crap and thinking maybe after this I finally need to do that gallstone cleanse bc of some of the colors I was seeing. Or maybe I should have booked a lymphatic drainage massage after all. Pulled out the trusted infrared blanket, sprayed magnesium on my lymph’s, meditated in the blanket, then what do you know?!
