As you adapt, it is likely inevitable that you will ‘let others down’. Blame, fear, guilt, and shame are sticky programs. Compassion and objectivity are gentle tools. Maybe what is really happening is liberation for all parties? Outgrowing and detangling old patterns can come with discomfort and/or it can come a sense of freedom for all.
