I put no effort into plating but this may be one of the best things I have ever eaten let alone made.
Sauce is a phased reduction onion, garlic cream sauce.
Potatoes are a triple cook on Yukon Gold potatoes. Boiled in chicken stock (which was part of the sauce after the fact), then roasted in the oven and pan fry finished. Done up with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and rosemary.
Fish is a pan blackened Cobia steak from our recent trip to Galveston.
I am so happy right now, ๐
I would legit stand this up to anything in a 100 dollar a plate restaurant, with some more focus on plating of course.Coffee cups for the wife and I today. Mine is the black one. ๐

Consider this and understand why I keep telling you to DCA every day.

Last by August of 2021 the most common reason people gave me for not buying Bitcoin was, you guesed it, "I missed the opportunity".
I didn't have to go back to 2012 to make the point here did I?Outstanding post mortem on what happened with BIP-110 from @Guy Swann which is what you should expect from Guy.

This story is not real but the numbers in it are 100% fact based. This is why you stack sats. Note I didn't go all the way back to 2009 here. Just 12 years back.
In 1972, a grandmother named Evelyn put $100 into a small wooden box for her newborn grandson, Daniel.
She tucked the box away and told herself that someday it would mean something to him.
Forty two years later, in 2014, Daniel found the box.
Inside was the same crisp $100.
But it was not really the same money anymore. What had bought $100 worth of goods in 1972 would have required about $566 in 2014. The dollars were still there, but more than 80 percent of their purchasing power was gone.
Daniel decided not to put the box back on the shelf.
Instead, he used the $100 to buy Bitcoin.
That bought him roughly 0.19 Bitcoin.
By 2026, that Bitcoin was worth around $13,600.
Evelyn had given Daniel $100.
Time and inflation had nearly destroyed its purchasing power.
But once Daniel moved that value into an asset with a fixed supply, the story changed.
Measured against the purchasing power of Evelyn's original $100 gift, Daniel's Bitcoin had grown to roughly 17 times what she had originally put in the box.Stolen from Pub Lord on X. ๐

Answer three of these questions. If you answer question one with a no, answer questions 2A and 3A instead of 2 and 3. If you answer it with a yes just answer 2 and 3.
Please be honest here.
1. Do you mine bitcoin?
2. Did you chose to signal for 110 or just do nothing?
3. Did you chose your mining pool because it was in your own best interest to do so or were you following others when you made your choice?
2A. If you don't mine did you run 110 on your node or some version of core?
3A. When you ran your choice on your node did you think it would have any meaningful effect on the network no matter which you chose?
