Saw the price move this morning and then opened a couple of nostr apps... Nothing about price. Zaps? Relays? Memes? Bias reinforcement? All yes. But no price. Nostr makes me a better Hodler 🧡

When I was very young I was pretty nihlistic and got reeeeely into Peak Oil & in the end I learned: Societal inertia + human innovation will stave off the apocalypse far longer than any of us deserve. When I found Bitcoin, it felt like that grudgingly optimistic take had been made manifest. It is best to be prepared, don't get me wrong! But I think we are probably going to make it in the long run.

Just had an idea for Nostr: a police-scanner type feature that methodically scans all free relays in hopes of preventing less popular posts from disappearing. Or would all that traffic be a bad thing? Idk, just brainstorming 🧡
