Fear was staring at me in the mirror and it rattled me. I went out for a run yesterday afternoon and cleared my head. It was a good run physically and especially psychologically. Thankful I now see an opportunity. Maybe I can do this.
Thankful I met new people yesterday. Thankful for more rain last night. 🌧️
Today is going to be a busy day. Thankful for that.
Thankful the worst of the heatwave seems to be behind us. It’s still hot but not as bad as before.
