Rubio supplied the _historical warrant_: rebuilding counterterrorism doctrine around the left; the 93%-of-1970s-attacks statistic, the Tupamaros-to-Weather-Underground canon, and the operational claim that Antifa is a transnational network (NSPM-7, four FTO designations, more coming). 3. Miller supplied the _anthropology_: the leftist as a type driven by coveting, whose civil-liberties appeals are "pretextual" and "must fall on deaf ears" -- the most radical of the three by a distance. 4. Bessent supplied the _mechanism_, and it's the one that matters for Tom Luongo's desk: TFI/OFAC/FinCEN/IRS-CI turned homeward on the nonprofit layer, with "they must know their grantees" as the actual kill-shot on anonymous philanthropic dark money.
