The food companies are using just a rebranded and expanded cigarette model. Switched from one addicting substance to another. These companies learned a lot from their mistakes the first go around. They now manipulate research through financial influence at universities and government agencies and stopped doing their own research for cover. They can start adding their new addicting sugars much earlier with baby formula and cereal. The new model also invest in the medicine and procedures that are used to maintain the addiction as people age through the end. It's a sinister machine designed for maximum profits built on the old cigarette model.

Asking nicely to stop spamming me has never worked. Not in regular mail or email. They don't care what I want, only what they want. I want my node to verify financial transactions. I'm not the only one. My node doesn't stop others from being spammy. Spamers are a special breed of people.

I eat meat so I have access to fat. Many fail at carnivore because they eat too lean of cuts. We need the fat more than the protein.

I believe sugar may be the hardest addiction to break because of social norms. With heroin, crack cocaine, and cigarettes, most people in society will help you quit and support you. Quitting alcohol is gaining more support because a larger percentage of people are joining that club. Sugar takes between 2 and 4 months to break the addiction, and during that time frame you will be prodded to eat something loaded with sugar on a daily basis. Even from people that love you.

Just had the Carnivore isn't radical, laying on a table under bright lights, with a bunch of people in masks, a bone cutter and a rib spreader is more radical conversations with one of my coaches.

I've been seed oil free for over 2 years. I don't indulge by choice or to social pressure. Resetting the cycle of cleansing your system isn't worth it.

As someone who spends time filtering ads and spam from my daily life, I see no reason to stop this practice with my Bitcoin. I limit ads by not subscripting to network TV. I discard junk mail upon arrival. I apply many spam filters and manually mark spam with my email. I don't interact with unknown callers on my phone. I pay extra to remove ads from streaming services. It doesn't seem odd that I limit non-monetary transactions on my nodes.

I'm working with my facility manager at my school to use miners as a heat source for problem cold spots in the school. Our school is located at high elevation and we've had issues with frozen pipes over the years in odd areas of the schools. I had 2 T19 miners donated by Compass Mining in Denver to uses for educational purposes at the school. I teach about hard money and have a CS class. This new development came about as I was talking about power requirements and miner placement. image
