Tipped the youngster that was serving me at a local restaurant with zapped sats. He never heard of bitcoin before which is rare, so I zapped him like 3 x the total of my bill so he has some spending money that he needs to figure out how to use. One of the bigger exchanges in SA is trying to get the government to classify bitcoin as an "on shore" asset vs "offshore" asset because it will have a regulatory impact on btc Going to submit to them to rather classify it as a "leave me the fuck alone" and "nothing stops this train" asset and freedom money doesn't need any kyc and all that bullshit and you can go and fuck yourselves GM nostr ❤️ #bitcoin

Recently took a chance at making some extra money on a small business venture for just a few months Made some money in local currency terms, lost millions of sats in bitcoin terms, so the venture failed in my opinion Should have just converted the fiat to sats like I usually do and I would have been way better off but wasn't strong enough to resist the "opportunity" brought forward by a family member Learned my lesson (again). Focus on my craft and save in sats Most "opportunities" are only there because we are forced to find ways to preserve our hard earned purchasing power and being on a bitcoin standard makes them obsolete GM #nostr
