Homemade broth is one of those products that exceeds store bought by MILES. And it’s one of the easiest things to make! Save your scraps in a large ziplock bag in the freezer. When you have a bag full, throw it all in a pot and cover with water. Boil it for an hour, strain, and VOILA! Liquid gold.
