Doctors and nurses are useless. It takes weeks or months to get an appointment, they have 15 minutes max, they haven’t even looked at my until the appointment, takes 10 minutes to read everything and even somewhat understand wtf is going on, and they just say you’re fine and make incorrect crass assumptions to move on.
Doing my own labs and putting into @Maple is 1000x better than an actual doctor at 95% lower cost.

Two years ago some family and friends wanted to do a half marathon. They all endlessly obsessed over optimizing their training plan, diet, equipment, etc.
I googled what are the fastest shoes (new Nike with carbon fiber plate) and bought them immediately, ran as much as I possibly could with small kids, and ate as much healthy food as I could.
Beat everyone else by over an hour. Fuck your midwit trap or choreographing the perfect 4x4 sprint pattern every third day. Just do things.

Getting out in front of the REAL NEXT international issue of consequence, the USA should not protect Taiwan. We can’t win, it’s not in our interests, and it’s grossly unethical to ask everyday Americans to bleed and die for that cause.
