Doctors and nurses are useless. It takes weeks or months to get an appointment, they have 15 minutes max, they haven’t even looked at my until the appointment, takes 10 minutes to read everything and even somewhat understand wtf is going on, and they just say you’re fine and make incorrect crass assumptions to move on. Doing my own labs and putting into @Maple is 1000x better than an actual doctor at 95% lower cost.

Two years ago some family and friends wanted to do a half marathon.
