🧐Funny how your face or fingerprint can be used against you, but a passcode is off limits.
The law draw a liine between what you know and what you are,
but does that still make sense in the world we live in?

Power of Recognition
Saying “well done” costs nothing, but it’s worth everything.
When someone does something right, let them know right away. Don’t wait, don’t assume.
A sincere thank you, a quick email saying (I noticed what you did) , or even a shout out in a meeting… it can flips someone’s whole day.
And give room to grow: training, courses, new challenges
People don’t inspire themselves they need someone who believes in them first.
If you want a team that shines, light it up with recognition.

that’s when He is closest to you.

Intuition often fails
Sometimes we act like intuition is some kind of superpower… like if someone read fluently at age 4, then they must be a genius. But our mind doesn’t work that clean. When we make prediction based on gut feelings, we skip over the stuff that actually matters. Like stats, or facts.
We trust the little stories our brain throws at us. “She started early, she must be smart.” But if you stop and look, the connection between evidence and outcome isn't always logical. The brain plays lazy storyteller filling gaps with what sounds nice.
and still, we think we can “know” someone in 5 minutes.
nope.

Rebirth
At some point I just knew I couldn’t go on like that had to stop before everything break down.
Was scared, not gonna lie, but I stepped away… disappeared for a bit instead of losing myself completely.
It got dark. Real dark.
But then, little by little, with people who didn’t gave up on me, I start breathing again.
Not easy, still ain’t, but I’m picking up the pieces one by one.
The real kind of lovee from my wife, my kids, the few friends who stayed that’s what’s helping me find a way again.
Now I feel like coming back.
Not the old me though. Something’s changed.
I wanna return different, more real, maybe even be there for someone who’s feeling what I felt.
Some falls stay under your skin. But mayybe, they’re the same ones that show you how to rise.

Lead with humility and vision
Being a leader doesn't mean controllling it means serving.
It means putting your team before your ego, stepping up to support others, and using your role to lift people not to dominate them.
Listen deeply to those around you.
Act with integrity, every single day.
Face challenges together, staying calm and open to shared solutions.
Real leadership is about the impact you leave behind.
Not in titles, but in the people who grow beside you.

How to Deal with Negative People
There’s always someone in every team who says, “It can’t be done.” Whatever idea you bring up, they’ll be the first to shoot it down. Why? Maybe they’ve been wronged in the past—real or imagined. Or maybe they carry personal issues that go beyond the workplace.
What to do? Pause. Observe. Listen. If the issue is rooted in the past, help them move forward. If prejudice is involved, clarify it. But if their negativity stems from deeper issues, don’t hesitate to bring in a professional.
The key: turn negativity into collaboration. Acknowledge their objections and involve them in the solution. Make them part of the progress.
Watch out for two main risks:
- Resistance to change: Positive people can be swayed with logic. Negative ones resist just to say, “I told you so.”
- Impact on morale: Negativity spreads fast. One sour attitude can lower the energy of the whole team.
Final advice? Let them speak, show appreciation, then lead firmly. Turn resistance into contribution.

If You Change, You Change the World
Observe nature: when a tree falls, the others help it. The roots intertwine and share nourishment. It’s a silent but vital process. We human beings are also connected. To forgive means to heal yourself and those around you. By changing yourself, you change the world.

THE NEW CAPITAL: PEOPLE
In business, the number one rule is: first who, then what.
What matters isn’t the idea itself, but who you bring it to life with.
And if that’s true, the opposite is also true: there are people with whom nothing will ever work.
The real skill is knowing how to tell them apart.
Many entrepreneurs still don’t get the new rules of the game:
people are the new capital.
You have the ideas? You have the money? Great. But without the right people, you're going nowhere.
To attract and keep top talent today,
companies must be ready to change everything.
The very concept of “company” is being reinvented.
In the future, only two kinds of businesses will exist:
- AI-native companies
- companies that attract and retain great people
The rest? Will disappear.
Which one will you be?

🌱 Growth in Scarcity
When everything is missing, only one certainty remains: yourself.
It is precisely in moments of scarcity that the spark of true growth ignites.
When you have nothing, it's the perfect time to believe in yourself and bet everything on your own strength.
It's not the lack that stops you—it's the fear of discovering how powerful you can be.

The Cost of Disconnection.
When you start closing yourself off, it's often because you're around someone who doesn't cooperate or support you.

WE NEED PRINCIPLES, OR EVERYTHING FALLS APART
Society isn’t falling apart because we mess up industrial policies or fail at marketing.
It’s falling apart because we’ve lost sight of principles.
Everywhere I look, people are trying to take without giving.
It’s all about me, me, me, me, me.
We live in a shitty society.
A society where each of us is alone.
Where nothing’s left: no education, no healthcare, no justice, no ethics.
What we need is generosity.
We need civic duty.
We need the courage to serve others.
We need honesty and integrity.
I’m probably the last person who should be saying this.
But someone has to say it:
either we change, or we’re done.

Affection Under Attack
One of the main ways someone tries to weaken you is by belittling or criticizing the affection you feel for another person.
Remember: when you accept to belittle your affection for someone else, you’re actually belittling yourself.
