This dip feels like Deja Vu. My goal for this bull run was to get out of debt with as much bitcoin as possible, but as we kept ranging above $100k, I kept waiting for "just one more pump". It never came. So now I'm facing the potential of another bear market with business debt that I swore to myself I would pay off. Deep bear corrections are brutal. That's why staying humble and stacking sats is so important. When the tide goes out, it goes out far and any weak hands will be tested. My debt choice wasn't particularly greed-oriented. Starting a winery is a capital and time-intensive business. Debt was necessary. Once I discovered Bitcoin, my choice was always between paying down low-interest loans or stacking sats. Easy choice, but freedom is my goal and being debt-free is something I'm dying to be. I'm still bullish for 2026, but who knows where we go from here. CAN YOU TAKE ME LOWER? image

The last time anyone looked smart at Thanksgiving was the top of the 2021 cycle. Rekt in hindsight. This dip is the buying opportunity they've wanted. image

Reputation is everything in both the Wine and Bitcoin world. In wine, it can take decades of consistent excellence to build a respected brand or a sought-after region. In Bitcoin, it often takes a full cycle to prove you're more than a hype product that got lucky during a bull run. Both industries follow the same rule: you cannot rely on consistent conditions to cover for bad decisions. One good vintage doesn't make you great. One good bull market doesn't make you credible. In wine, the weather is an ever-changing beast. In Bitcoin, price action swings like a wrecking ball at consumer sentiment. Both act as volatile base layers that expose every weakness in your system. Anyone can look successful in a perfect harvest or Bitcoin bull run. The real mark of durability is whether you can survive a late storm or an 80% drawdown without losing your footing. Wine and Bitcoin are both built to reward people who play the long game. If you want a reputation that lasts, you need to show you can handle both the good years and the bad ones. Without proving your work for years or decades, the jury will still be out. There's no way to fake Time in the Market. image
