I just actually used the coin control features when sending a transaction from my node for the first time. Selecting which UTXOs to use feels powerful.

Had a great Sunday. Church in the morning, then went to Walden Pond for the first time. We've always wanted to go there. Our boys had fun, and it is also our 12th wedding anniversary! 💕 Very low-key, but a great day.

I really stretched my computer skills 💻 this weekend! I was able to install Balance-of-Satoshis and Rebalance-LND. It was my first time using Github and a command line interface! Not sure if everything is working yet, but I got it all setup! 🤞 Thanks to @C-Otto 🔸

Aqua wallet is pretty amazing. I just sent on-chain bitcoin directly into my Lightning wallet without swapping using their new direct peg-in feature. It was pretty easy and seamless. We're getting there!

Nice day overall. We all went to church followed by a church council meeting. Then, I played outside and went hiking with my son quite a bit, did two loads of dishes, and then grilled some roast beef and made dinner for my family. Good day, but exhausting! 😴

I just finished reading Matthew and day 266 of my Bible in a Year study program. This year is about spiritual growth for me. I think 2025 will be more focused on physical health improvements.

I am in need if 1 or 2 rides to and/or FROM Boston Logan airport for me and my family. Can anyone help me out? I'm willing to pay good sats for this. 2 Adults and 2 young kids. Need to go to the airport Saturday morning (9-7-24) but we might try to take the train there. We REALLY need to figure out our ride back from the airport on Wednesday 9-18-24 at like midnight 🙃. I am going to a "Crypto DNC" dinner event in Chicago tonight. I don't know what I'm in for, but it should be super interesting!
