https://musicliturgy.com Musicians have been passing a hat since the beginning of time ...and lately they’re duct-taping a wad of QR codes to mic stands and amps. But the hat just got a single QR code. Music Lit puts every tip rail: Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Lightning, and Zaps. All on one screen, one scan, no account eequired to tip. Your performer Nostr identity is built in from day one, and every Zap that comes in off the stage is a real one. The app is for the band, the crowd, and anyone who’s ever wanted to send sats to someone who just made the room feel something.

I like tipping live bands. Especially when I can tip in Bitcoin on Lightning. But even that is best when it isn’t a pain to the band. So I love it when they have their tips/requests set up on @MusicLit so it’s easy on everyone.

Most musicians will never read a Nostr whitepaper. But they’ll scan a QR to get paid after a good set. So that’s where we meet them. image

A good set deserves a full tip jar. Right now most bands are leaving half of it on the table because the tools don’t talk to each other. That’s what we’re fixing. image

No unified tip page. No song request channel. No way for the crowd to respond in real time. Music Lit is all three, one QR, no account required. image

The audience wanted to tip. The tools made it awkward. That’s a solvable problem. image
