Rituals are potent medicine 🌞 each day, I enjoy sunlight, savor nourishing food, light candles & incense by night, use natural skincare, and set my intentions with a cup of pure tea. sharing Pu’er tea while sitting in the grass with these wonderful women was a magical experience. 🌹 🫖 These rituals ground me & brings meaning to my life.

Viva l’amore My grandma moved from Italy with her sister and their parents in Uruguay when they were 19, after the 2nd world war. They both felt in love in Montevideo with 2 Italians that escaped from the war too. They got married the same day, with the same ceremony and identical dresses that they sewed for each other.
