I found another example this week of a homeschooled high school student (would be entering 9th grade) wanting to potentially come back to the public system to compete in sports but are already 4-5 years ahead of her peers and ready to test out and go to college. What was interesting and I don’t know the full details but 30k foot view there are certain classes and programs she wanted to participate in at the high school but since she has not been in the cities public school system for the trailing 12 months she’s being penalized even though she is way smarter than everyone else who has been in public school system. #plebchain

Working a new project and would love to hear your thoughts. The property has black gutters so I was thinking about doing the doors and windows black. Updating the lighting fixtures, (would love hear what kinds you like and what color, and match that with the door knobs) updating and staining the deck and balcony (should I paint it? What color?)
