When you price something in sats to sell, is it always based off the dollar value? Would you change your prices as the price of btc fluctuates? For example when I buy beer in sats from one of the local spots where I live the beer has always been $6. So when btc was $15k it cost more in sats and at $100k it cost much less in sats. Do you raise your prices in sats when the dollar value of btc is up? #asknostr

Excited for this new project. This property currently has 6 buildings on it with a few open lots. Most likely the plan will be to keep 2-3 of the buildings, renovate those, and replace the others with single family homes or duplexes. It’s time to build! #plebchain

I found another example this week of a homeschooled high school student (would be entering 9th grade) wanting to potentially come back to the public system to compete in sports but are already 4-5 years ahead of her peers and ready to test out and go to college. What was interesting and I don’t know the full details but 30k foot view there are certain classes and programs she wanted to participate in at the high school but since she has not been in the cities public school system for the trailing 12 months she’s being penalized even though she is way smarter than everyone else who has been in public school system. #plebchain
