Progress pics on the townhome community I bought and posted about a month ago. Just finished staging 1/16 units that will be sold. Getting the parking lot resealed & stripped next week and finishing up on landscaping. We have also repiped one of the other buildings and in the process of moving 8 of the townhomes from a well to city water. What do you think about the staging my wife did? 🏠👷🏻💪🏻

I always like to stop in at a corn meet up after recent ATH’s to see if there’s a lot of new faces to help judge where we’re at in the cycle. I had a great time talking corn but it only lead me to feel somewhat hopeful, maybe a little optimistic. #bitcoin
