With #Nostrfr #Nostr I feel like it's a new beginning in my social media life. It's time I do the same IRL. A reset is needed. I can't stand how out of shape and detached from myself I have become over the past 4 years. Due to a lot of personal reasons (3 close people's death including my father, 1 break up, back issues, lost my job) + the pandemic didn't help. I'm still mostly unemployed (only working 1 day a week) but that's no excuse to stay in a funk and do nothing about it, just letting days slips one after another ... Will try to work my butt off to make my websites stick (including my crypto website) and bring me some money. I still have 1 year of savings, that's the time I have left. My plan : 1. stop spending $ on dumb shit & giving my attention on dumb shit (less socials, less phone, less gaming, less TV shows ...) 2. only buy good quality food (even if more expensive, i'll save on dumb shit for that, see point 1) 3. think and start projects. Speed up the process with IA's help. Action, action, action. 4. Focus on good night sleep 5. Taking the sun + grounding (15 to 30 min/day) 6. Start exercising, baby steps (climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, walking 15-20 min here, 5-10 squats there, etc.) 7. Read great books (15 min/day minimum) The goal is to work hard, but also to find a balance to regain my health back, little by little. So you'll probably see me sharing some motivational content, some positive music, etc. in the future ;) Maybe i'll use Nostr to be able to track my progression (not necessarily numbers, stats & co ... just to have resources to come back on when needed). Let's try 💪💪
