I kept a small balance (20k sats) on CC to see if it gets swept. I rolled the dice. So far, the sats still remain. It’s a small amount, but it’s an important test. A test of entropy and finding the boundaries of the current situation. Every data point helps us better understand the system and gives us more leverage for accountability once we figure out who did it. If we find the killer, I’m comfortable participating in the judicial process. This is the way.

I think there is a human tendency to always want “the best” information, and we’ve been conditioned to believe that means going to the “expert.” I’ve fallen into that trap myself, whether it’s choosing the frontier AI model or seeking out the “best” doctor. The “best” isn’t about expertise, but it’s a measure of utility and time. The best source is the one that gives you the right answer, at the right moment, with enough confidence to move forward.
