A couple of easy ups the mountain for a one hour recovery 4 RPE effort today. The poor air quality makes for interesting looking sky. I’m glad to be headed out to the Pacific North West at the end of next week. It’s predicted to hit 104 feels like with 40 to 50 % humidity mid afternoon. Ugh. #runstr #trail #running
