I've seen a lot of videos on Instagram about people who weigh like 600 pounds going on a weight loss journey and documenting it. I have nothing but respect for people who chose to not only do that, but document it got the would to see also. The only thing that puzzles me is how anybody even could physically get to that point. I am not hating at all, I am a bit bigger of a guy if say be still under 200 pounds, I just don't even see how that's possible. I feel like I am slightly healthier in lifestyle than most, but not great by any means. I just am confused what even could get you to that point.
