The tiny home trend is largely passed off as living a “minimalist lifestyle”, almost a patronizing judgement on the “consumption” and “materialism” of those who live… normally. But if they were honest, it’s pure cope: this is all they can afford in a fiat, debt trap 🪤 of a system.

I don’t think I could ever live full time in a “tiny home”. It’s okay to prefer having space to spread out… less isn’t always more… but I would LOVE to put something like this in a beautiful spot on the expanse of a larger property, at the water… Guest house goals 🤩

Threads is stupid. From what I can tell you can’t even search anything by hashtag and am I missing something or is there no global feed? I have to try out all the new things you guys, it’s my job. But I’m not excited about a copycat of something built in and for a different time in the digital evolution. If you’re not financially incentivized to check it out, don’t waste your time.
