Sometimes it’s startling to see how big she is… 🫶 Time is truly the most scarce of all things… Been stacking since she was just one year old. All of it, everything I do… is for her. #proofofwork #fafo image

This is my Blythe customization. IYKYK 🧚🏼‍♀️✨ I recently painted her lids and gave her new eyes and made her new pull strings with wood and painted glass beads. She’s beautiful and creepy and I love how she’s coming out. 🫶

Setting boundaries is just advocating *for* yourself *to* yourself, and letting other people know your plans. image

No filter necessary. This is what a 44 year old woman and mother who doesn’t need saving looks like. Best wishes, babes. I have high hopes for y’all… image

I don’t want Trump or Biden. Let’s make new mistakes at least.

I’m not perfect. Never claimed to be… Never claimed to know it all or be above reproach. I’ve made my share of mistakes and I take full responsibility for them. Where *I see* that I’ve failed, I try what I can to make it right. That’s all we can do. I’m accountable and I have integrity. I don’t feel good about letting anyone down that didn’t deserve it. So what do you do? You acknowledge it. You offer to fix it. And you learn from it so you don’t repeat it. That’s all we *can* do. If I let down someone who didn’t deserve my continued effort: too bad, though. You brought that on yourself. 🫡

Yesterday my best friends fiancé went in to have a tumor removed from his brain. It had been causing hearing loss and other unexplained symptoms, and was discovered by accident when a routine appendectomy had complications that caused him to flatline. The silver lining of that intense moment was discovering the tumor so it could be removed before additional, irreversible problems developed. The surgery took 14 hours, but it seems everything went as well as it could have gone. He’s got a lot of recovery ahead. I’ll say that these real world examples of things that at face value seem bad but over time prove to be a blessing are why I believe in a higher power. Even if I’m not so sure about religion itself. Miracles happen. 🙏

We are in the timeline where the time travelers keep trying to fix it, but keep making it worse.

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson Imma let you finish Ralph, but I prefer to celebrate the absurdities because life would be so boring without them. And I also prefer, eventually at least, to have learned from the blunders enough to laugh at my own well curated collection of absurdities while remaining unencumbered by them. It’s all necessary and too beautiful in its perfectly balanced juxtaposition to let yourself forget. But I hear you. 🫠
