Best sleep ever. Even if you don’t snore, why wouldn’t you want to 3x your breathing capacity while you sleep. People tend to stop breathing a lot in the middle of the night. It’s just your involuntary breathing hitting the peak resistance for taking a breath in. Open up those airways. Breathe in life.
