I have just noticed the significance amount of storage space that Damus takes. Does anyone know what kind of documents and data the client stores in the phone? The app’s size is only 13.5 MB, yet documents and data is 2.3 GB. I have only been using the app for a few weeks.

I am beyond fascinated with Nostr protocol and Bitcoin. I cannot stop learning about it. I have discovered so much in the past three days and found it so easy that I am compelled to take action immediately. At the same time, I am conscious that I may be being naive or oversimplifying things and that triggers an internal warning. It tells me to exercise caution. That feeling gets amplified not only because I am new to this world, but also don’t come from a technical background (tech / software/ etc). I guess I need to learn the “don’t trust, verify” concept more in depth and start applying it. But I want to get hands on as soon as possible.
