My kids had friends over this weekend and we had a movie night with lots of snacks. They tried to be thoughtful and bought me candy. I resisted until today when I ate the candy. It hasn't even been an hour and I regret every last piece...

At the gym this morning doing squats, I was having some back pain. I attributed it to bad form with my deadlifts this week and went light. When I changed exercises, I took my shoes off and my back pain disappeared immediately! I've been intermittently going barefoot this winter when I can stand it with the cold, but I am now looking to take a much more aggressive approach. It's crazy to me how much of a difference I didn't realize it was making.
